Featured shoots are not usually shoots from my portfolio, but some are. The motivation behind the featured shoot pages on my site is to show photographs from shoots where I had a lot of fun or those I got a large number of great shots from.

DAVIS CUP

Covering the 2011 Davis Cup Quarterfinals was a sports first for me. It was one of many assignments I shot for Popular Hispanics Magazine. I watched years of dedication pay off for some of the top players in the world. This was held in Austin, Texas, on the home turf for USA team member Andy Roddick. Spain took the title 3-1 when David Ferrer beat Mardy Fish. The teams were: USA – Andy Roddick, Mardy Fish, and brothers Mike Bryan and Bob Bryan | SPAIN – David Ferrer, Marcel Granollers, Fernando Verdasco, and Albert Costa.
